RAM - Plovdiv won the honorary award "Golden age"

This year the Regional Archaeological Museum - Plovdiv, which is the oldest museum in the city with 130 years of tradition, won the most prestigious award "Golden Age" of the Ministry of Culture. The award is for preservation and popularization of cultural and historical heritage of Bulgaria.
The Minister of Culture Dr. Peter Stojanovic bestowed the golden medal and honorary diploma on the Director of RAM - Assoc. Kostadin Kisyov.

The Archaeological Museum Plovdiv for the first time participated in the Night of museums and galleries with a lecture and discussion with foreign scientists, an exhibition of rare and valuable books and film screenings about archaeological excavations.
